After you place your order, I’ll text you for coordinating a pickup time. For now, I’m only smoking pork, but I may be smoking brisket, ribs, chicken, and turkey in the future.

Heating Instructions
- If frozen, run package under hot water for 5 minutes or until completely thawed.
- Open the package and place the pork into a glass or metal pan with 2 Tablespoons of water. Cover with foil.
- Reheat the pork in the oven for 10 minutes at 400F.
- Remove from oven and toss with a fork. Plate and serve.
